### About shipping costs to different countries

= We will add the shipping difference as Additional fee when clients checkout. =

#### Explanation: Let’s set the shipping cost from China to your Country as A, and set the shipping cost from China to customer’s address as B.

 * if A >B, that means you have more margin, your customer paid is A
 * if A< B, then we will add the difference as Additional fee, your customer paid
   is B

## Installation

Minimum Requirements

    ```
    WooCommerce 2.0 or later
    WordPress 4.4 or later
    Requires PHP 5.4 or later
    ```

#### Automatic installation

Automatic installation is the easiest option as WordPress handles the file transfers
itself and you don’t even need to leave your web browser. To do an automatic install
of Import Products and Handle Orders by DouBridge, log in to your WordPress admin
panel, navigate to the Plugins menu and click Add New.

In the search field type ‘doubridge’ and click Search Plugins. You can install it
by simply clicking Install Now. After clicking that link you will be asked if you
are sure you want to install the plugin. Click yes and WordPress will automatically
complete the installation. After installation has finished, click the’activate plugin’
link.

#### Manual installation

 * Download the plugin zip file to your computer
 * Go to the WordPress admin panel menu Plugins > Add New
 * Choose upload
 * Upload the plugin zip file, the plugin will now be installed
 * After installation has finished, click the ‘activate plugin’ link

#### Configuration

 1. Go to WooCommerce – Settings – API, Check the box of ‘Enable the REST API’
 2. Click ‘Key/Apps’ tab – ‘Add key’, input ‘Description’
 3. Set the ‘Permissions’ to ‘Read/Write’ then click ‘Generate API Key’. You will get
    Consumer key and Consumer secret
 4. Go to [www.doubridge.com](https://www.doubridge.com/) and register an account, 
    be sure must activate it, otherwise you can’t login
 5. Go to ‘My Account’, click the ‘Rest API’ and go to API configuration, choose your
    store type ‘WooCommerce’
 6. Copy consumer key from Woo Commerce and paste it on doubridge
 7. Copy consumer secret from Woo Commerce and paste it on doubridge
 8. Click the Test button, if everything ok, the button will turn to green Success.

## FAQ

  Is DouBridge free?

All accounts have access to the forever FREE Plan. Completely risk-free. No credit
card required

  What if products quota is beyond the limit?

If the limited product quota is used up, you will still be able to place orders 
and sync data such as inventory, price, tracking information as normal. But you 
won’t be able to import any additional products until you get more extra quotas.

  How to increase the product quota?

A. Upgrade plan.
 B. Permanent quotas reward based on last month’s orders C. Pay
for quota D. Remove invalid products to save quota E. Go questing to earn quotas

  Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes. If you ever decide that DouBridge isn’t the right solution for your business,
simply uninstall the extensions.

I have an account on DouBridge, but when I have questions asking for support, it
has no answer as always. I even tried to reach them by Facebook. There is still 
no response. I can’t even upload the products. I can’t use this platform because
I can’t upload anything. I’m wondering if it is a fake website or no more operation.
If you sign up, you can’t find a way to delete this account.

Things look good. I have yet to place an actual order but I have had chat and email
conversations with Mario. He seems like a nice enough guy. I have tried looking 
into Doubridge and from what I have found it looks like they do more on the OpenCart
platform but that is encouraging to see the reviews and support conversation that
I have found on the OpenCart extensions website. I am going to make a test purchase
very soon to see what happens. The products look good, prices okay. Helped to fill
my store quickly. Now I will find out about delivery time and such. They use Chinapost
but allow use of DHL it seems. Believe me, if anything goes wrong, I will be back
with an update. But, right now, things look and feel pretty good with these guys.
They are only a few years old, young and growing. Hopefully, I can help them grow
with a lot of purchases of their product. We will see…..
