You have to enter list of postcode in given area for which the order restriction works. When activated you will restrict selected gateways or billing address, shipping address and both address at checkout step based on specific zip/post codes. Upload the postcode based order restriction plugin directory into your `/wp-content/ plugins/` directory 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress 3. This plugin saved me from having to write extra code to do something that seems like if should be part of a online store that ships physical products.
